Ballroom
Welcome to the Ballroom Division of the CDTA, BC Branch!
The Ballroom Division is represented on the CDTA BC Branch Executive Committee by the Chairperson and the Examination Secretary.
Membership in the Ballroom Division is by examination in one of the four disciplines.
International Style examinations progress from Student Teacher, Associate, Licentiate to Fellow. American Style examinations progress through Bronze, Silver and Gold.

Professional Examinations may be arranged on scheduled dates and also “special” dates may be arranged.
The Modular Examination system is available to Associate, Licentiate and now Fellow.
New members: On Home Page there is a Quick Link to the Registrar section.
Members in good standing may request to upgrade their qualifications and will complete the Request for Examination form and forward to the Ballroom Exam Secretary with the correct payment.
The exam fee schedule is under Registrar on Home Page as well as other important membership information.

Student Medal Programsare offered in Bronze, Silver, Gold, Gold Star and Gold Stars 1 – 5 for students of members of the CDTA BC Branch. Scheduled dates are arranged by the Examination Secretary. Dance Studios may inquire about holding Medal Tests on their preferred dates if they meet the requirements.
